Do I have to be confident already?

Please do not be. This is built for the capable person who still freezes when it is her turn. You do not have to get louder, or harder, or become someone you are not. You just have to practice, somewhere safe. That is the whole thing.

How is this different from therapy or a coach?

I am a coach, not a therapist, and the Rehearsal Room is for practice, not processing. Think flight simulator for hard conversations. If you want deep personal work, a good therapist is gold. If you want to walk into Tuesday's conversation ready, that is us.

How much time does it take?

As little as you have got. A single rehearsal can take five minutes. Come the night before the big talk, run it twice, close the laptop. It fits around a full life, because that is the only kind of life my people have.
