Whatever moment you're dreading... the hard talk, the pitch, the boundary? Don't wing it. Rehearse first.
As seen on:

Most coaches work only inside-out.
We do both: the inner game AND the outer craft, so you don't just feel ready, you ARE ready.
Drawing on 30 years of professional Acting, Directing, and Production (Amazon Prime, TVO, Broadway on Demand), we teach high-achievers the specific Screen & Stage Tools to own any room.
We turn your business into a Blockbuster.
Acting techniques to help everyday people rehearse for real life, so you walk in ready and write a new story.
Acting Techniques for the Real World. Stop playing the Supporting Character and cast yourself as the Lead in your own life or business.
Acting Techniques for the Real World. Stop playing the Supporting Character and cast yourself as the Lead in your own life or business.

You have the skills. You have the vision. You have the business or mission.
But when the spotlight hits, you freeze.
You rush your pitch because you think you're bothering people.
You avoid setting boundaries because you want to be "nice."
You scroll past confident creators and wonder, "How do they do it?"
You aren't lacking confidence. You're just working off a bad script.
Time for a re-write!
The signature, ownable technique. How you rehearse and master any spotlight moment.
Rehearse First is what you do. SCENE is how.

Women, queer folks, and sensitive high-achievers who are brilliant at what they do and freeze the moment it's time to take up space.
You're brilliant at what you do. You know your stuff cold. But the second the moment asks you
to take up space, you freeze. These are the five scenes we rehearse.

The hard conversation with a spouse or family member. Saying no even when it upsets them and staying in your body while you do it.

Great at the content, freeze the second it's time to sell. The words vanish. The offer stays stuck in your throat. We rehearse that exact moment until it flows.

On stage or as a podcast guest, without shrinking into a smaller version of who you are. The spotlight hits. We make sure you're ready for it.

Turning conversations into clients without the ick.
The scene everyone dreads reaching out, following up,
making the offer until you've rehearsed it
and it feels like you.

Walking into that room knowing exactly what you're
worth and saying it out loud, without apologizing,
without shrinking, without giving them
a discount on you.
Rehearse the SCENE so you can finally be SEEN.

Prepare & seed ideas.

Why is it so hard to raise your hand?
Whether it’s speaking up in a meeting, going live, pitching an idea, or putting yourself out there, most people don’t struggle with ability.
They struggle with exposure.
The fear of being seen, judged, or rejected keeps people sitting on the sidelines, even when they know they’re capable of more.
But what if confidence isn’t about forcing yourself forward?
What if the real skill is learning how to take action without needing the outcome to validate you?
In Episode 2 of In the Spotlight with Tony Babcock, actor, writer, and TV host Bobby Del Rio breaks down a powerful concept:
You can take bold action and still remain completely detached.
And that combination is what creates real, grounded confidence.
Most people wait until they feel ready.
But readiness is rarely what creates opportunity.
Action does.
Bobby shares a simple but powerful moment from his experience on Clubhouse during the pandemic. At first, he hesitated to speak. He stayed quiet, unsure if he should contribute.
Then he raised his hand.
That one decision changed everything.
He was invited to speak, recognized for his experience, and suddenly positioned in rooms he never expected to be in.
The opportunity didn’t come from perfect timing.
It came from participation.
Raising your hand isn’t about being the best in the room.
It’s about being willing to be seen in the room.
This is where most people get stuck.
They believe that if they care less, they’ll perform worse.
But the opposite is true.
Bobby introduces what we can call the performance paradox:
Take massive action. Stay detached from the result.
When you’re overly attached to the outcome:
You tighten up
You overthink
You try to control how you're perceived
And ironically, that’s what weakens your presence.
But when you detach:
You speak more freely
You trust yourself more
You become more magnetic
This is the difference between performing for approval and showing up from alignment.
Real confidence isn’t built in the moment.
It’s built long before the moment.
Bobby shares that his ability to stay grounded didn’t happen overnight. It came from years of internal work, including:
Therapy and self-reflection
Physical practices like yoga
Personal development work
Consistent routines
All of this creates something most people overlook:
Internal stability.
When you feel stable internally, external outcomes don’t shake you as much.
You’re not relying on applause to feel confident.
You already are.
One of the most powerful ideas from this episode is Bobby’s concept of being “offer-only.”
This means:
You show up.
You bring value.
You make your offer.
And then…
You let go.
No chasing.
No over-explaining.
No trying to convince.
This mindset shifts you from scarcity to abundance.
Instead of asking:
“Do they like me?”
You start asking:
“Is this aligned for me?”
And that shift changes everything.
Here’s how you can start stepping into this mindset today:
Speak up. Share your idea. Show up.
Not when you feel ready.
When you feel called.
Focus on your effort, not the reaction.
Your job is to show up. Not to control the outcome.
Create daily practices that support your nervous system and mindset.
Confidence is built through repetition, not pressure.
Make your offer clearly and confidently.
Let people meet you there.
Bobby describes this as “trusting the wind.”
You don’t control everything.
But you can position yourself to move with it.
Confidence isn’t about becoming fearless.
It’s about becoming less dependent on external validation.
When you raise your hand without needing approval, you unlock a different kind of presence.
One that feels grounded.
Natural.
And powerful.
You stop performing.
And you start arriving.
Raising your hand might seem small.
But it’s one of the most powerful decisions you can make.
Because every time you choose to show up, even when it’s uncomfortable, you’re building trust with yourself.
And that’s where confidence actually comes from.
Not from the outcome.
But from the willingness to step into the moment.
