Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I arrive on Friday night?
Yes. If you’re traveling from out of state, we recommend arriving Friday evening so you’re settled and ready for Saturday morning.
Your ticket includes a Saturday night stay. If you’d like to extend your stay to include Friday night, you’re welcome to do so. We can provide details on availability and whether a group rate applies, just reach out to our team for assistance.
2. What are the event hours?
To help you plan flights and manage your schedule clearly:
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early each day to get grounded and settled.
3. Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes. We accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free dietary needs.
If you have specific requirements, you’ll be able to indicate them during registration so we can ensure you’re fully taken care of.
Can I share a room with another attendee?
Yes. You have two options:
Shared Room: $1,097 (Save $200)
Private Room: $1,297 (Standard Option)
If you choose the shared option, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another attendee. If you prefer your own space, you can select the private room option during checkout.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes. A livestream option is now available for those unable to travel to San Diego. You’ll receive live access to the core training sessions online.
What’s the difference between in-person and virtual?
The in-person experience includes immersive exercises, coaching, hotel stay, meals, and community interaction. The virtual option provides viewing access to the teachings only.
